NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY OFFICERS

PRESIDENT
My name is Matthew Paterno. Outside of National Honor Society, one would find me on a soccer pitch, or with my friends during a jam session with my guitar, piano, mandolin, bass, or harmonica. Otherwise, I am dedicated to my school and my schoolwork as an IB Diploma Candidate, but not only in the classroom for this campus means more to me than that. NHS is simply a branch of the Tiger Family and my hope is that we, as ambassadors of good change, could reach out to all the rest and set the example for other students to follow. Always feel free to approach me for any NHS matters or if you simply just want to be friends, I'm here!
VICE PRESIDENT
Hi! My name is Gwyneth Diaz. Along with being a National Honor Society officer, I am also a part of the IB Diploma Programme, as well as various other activities around school, such as swimming. As VP of NHS it is my job to make sure that everyone a part of this club is always on top of their game in regards to service hours as well as grades. I want to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and recognized. NHS is a wonderful opportunity to make change at Inderkum, which is the main reason I joined. I promise that I'm kind, so don't be hesitant to ask me an questions or just say "Hello!"
VICE PRESIDENT: SERVICE
My name is Joshua Hoong. I am an only child, 17 years old, and a part of the IB Diploma program. As VP of Service I verify and log monthly service hours, oversee various service projects on campus and how NHS provides opportunities for members to make a real difference on campus and in the community. The reason I joined NHS was because it was a great oppurtunity to make Inderkum known to the community and a reason why people should come to Inderkum.

Hello, my name is Naomi Song and I am the secretary for the 2015-2016 National Honor Society. I am an International Baccalaureate student, I'm also in band (I play the flute, oboe, and sousaphone!). I enjoy helping my fellow students, and I especially love being a leader. As secretary of the National Honor Society, it is my job to make sure everything is running properly and smoothly.
Hello, my name is Tyler Honrada and I am the treasurer for the 2015-2016 term. I am an Internation Baccalaureate Diploma Candidate, Volleyball Player, and Class Representative. As the Treasurer I will ensure that everyone possesses the knowledge they need to succeed in this club such as: hour requirements, GPA requirements, or dues. The reason I joined NHS was because I saw the positive impact that it had on our school, and I wanted to be a part of it. NHS has also connected me socially to many individuals I call my family and I know that it can bring the same experiences to you!
